We stayed for 2 nights with our group on 15 and 16 December 2023. Even though our room was on the 3rd floor, the oil smell coming into our room from the kitchen around 7 in the morning bothered me a lot. The products provided for breakfast were not of sufficient quality and the variety was limited.

The hotel where we stayed for 2 nights in the beautiful city of Kars. We encountered first class service and taste. It is a hotel that can be preferred with peace of mind.

The hotel is clean and the service quality is really good. The food was very delicious. The location is a little far from the centre. The staff is very dedicated and does their job meticulously.

We were very pleased with the hotel we came to with a tour. The service was very good. They met all our requests and needs quickly. We would like to thank all the staff at the reception and all the teams in the restaurant for their service. We would also like to thank Mr. Hüseyin and Ms. Sura Ünal from the reception, as well as the hotel manager, Mr. Fatih.

We were very comfortable in the hotel where we came with a tour. All our requests were met immediately. The rooms are comfortable and the staff works devotedly. I would also like to thank Mr. Güngor, who took care of everything, for his efforts.

It takes around 40-45 minutes to walk to the city center. By car, everywhere in the kars is close to each other. There is friendly staff at the reception. The room was clean.

The employees are very polite and caring. We would like to thank all employees for their care, from welcome to check-out. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is quite sufficient. There is also a parking lot.
